Shipping Policy

1. Made-to-order lead time

Every Bandor piece is crafted to order in Dubai. Please allow a production time of 3–4 weeks from order confirmation before your piece ships. Numbered and limited editions may take longer; the estimated window is shown on the product page. We email you when your piece enters production and again when it ships.

2. Where we ship

We ship worldwide from the United Arab Emirates. Our primary markets are the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and Hong Kong. If your country is not selectable at checkout, contact hello@bandor.xyz before ordering.

3. Carrier, insurance & signature

All pieces ship fully insured and require an adult signature on delivery. We ship via FedEx within the United Arab Emirates and via DHL Express to the rest of the world. You receive a tracking number when your piece ships. For security, we do not ship to unattended drop-boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.

4. Shipping cost

Shipping and insurance costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. Complimentary insured shipping may apply to specific editions, as shown at checkout.

5. Duties, taxes & customs

Bandor ships from the UAE on a DDU / Delivered Duty Unpaid basis unless stated otherwise. Import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, and any brokerage charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. These are levied by your local customs authority and collected by the carrier on delivery. We cannot predict or control these amounts.

You are the importer of record and are responsible for compliance with your country's import regulations. Refusal to pay duties or to accept delivery does not constitute grounds for a refund beyond the terms of our Refund Policy.

6. Delays, loss & damage in transit

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and exclude customs delays. Because shipments are fully insured, loss or damage in transit is covered — contact us within 7 days of the carrier's recorded delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost parcels) so we can open a claim and arrange a remake or refund.

7. Incorrect address

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an address you provided incorrectly. Re-shipment of a returned parcel may incur additional charges.
