Bandor is the first luxury Web3 jewelry house. Some of what we do touches cryptocurrency and on-chain technology. Please read this before purchasing.

1. Not an investment

Bandor pieces are luxury goods and collectibles — designed to be worn and kept, not financial instruments. Editions, numbering, rarity tiers, and on-chain serialization are authenticity and brand features. They are not a promise, projection, or guarantee of future value, resale price, liquidity, or return. The value of a collectible can go down as well as up, including to zero on the resale market. Nothing on this Site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Make your own decisions and consult your own advisers.

2. Cryptocurrency payments (APE)

If you choose to pay in APE, you should understand:

  • Direct settlement. Crypto payments are arranged directly with Bandor. We provide a USD-denominated quote valid for 15 minutes and a wallet address through our official channel only (hello@bandor.xyz).
  • ⚠️ Anti-phishing. We will never DM you a wallet address on Discord, Telegram, X, or anywhere else. Any unsolicited message giving you an address to send funds is a scam. Only an address confirmed by us by email is genuine — verify before you send.
  • Volatility. The value of APE fluctuates and may change significantly between quote and settlement. That is why the quote is time-limited; past the window, we re-quote.
  • Irreversibility. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed. You are solely responsible for sending the correct amount, on the correct network, to the correct address. We cannot recover funds lost to a wrong address, a wrong network, a compromised wallet, or user error.
  • Refunds. Where a refund is due, it is issued in APE, to the originating wallet, at the fiat value paid at the time of your order, per our Refund Policy. We do not convert crypto payments into fiat refunds.
  • Compliance. We may request identity verification (KYC) and may refuse or refund any payment that fails sanctions / anti-money-laundering screening or whose source we cannot verify.
  • Your responsibility. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and keys, and for any tax arising from your use or disposal of cryptocurrency.

3. NFT & on-chain records

Each piece is serialized on-chain as an ERC-721 record evidencing authenticity and edition. This record:

  • does not represent ownership of the brand, the artwork, or the smart contract;
  • does not constitute a security, share, or financial product;
  • depends on public blockchain infrastructure that Bandor does not control and cannot guarantee will remain available, performant, or free of bugs indefinitely.

The physical piece you buy is yours regardless of the state of any blockchain.

4. Made by Apes / BAYC

Bandor's use of Bored Ape Yacht Club elements is licensed under Made by Apes license #00612007423. Bandor is an independent brand and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or operated by Yuga Labs or the Bored Ape Yacht Club. Purchasing a Bandor piece grants you no rights in any third-party intellectual property.

5. No regulatory endorsement

Bandor is not a bank, exchange, broker, or regulated financial-services provider, and nothing here is offered as a regulated financial service.
