Craftsmanship warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you — including return shipping.

Covers manufacturing defects only — not wear, accident, improper care, or unauthorized repair.

02 — Resizing

Complimentary resizing

For rings and size-specific pieces, we offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of delivery, up to two sizes up or down where the design allows. Beyond that, a remake may be needed — quoted in advance. This is a service, not a refund; contact us to arrange it.

03 — Handmade

Handmade, by definition

Our jewelry is made by hand. Minor variation in stones, finish, and tone is inherent and expected — it's the signature of a hand-forged piece, not a defect.
