Refund & Cancellation Policy
Every Bandor piece is made to order. Production for your piece begins only after your order is confirmed, and each piece is crafted to your specifications, numbered, and serialized on-chain (ERC-721). For this reason, the terms below differ from those of an off-the-shelf retailer.
1. Cancellation before production — 72 hours
You may cancel your order at no cost within 72 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet started. To cancel, email hello@bandor.xyz with your order number within that window.
Approved cancellations are refunded in full (see Refund method below). Once production has started — which may be before the end of the 72-hour window for in-progress editions — the order can no longer be cancelled.
2. Made-to-order pieces are final sale
Because each piece is crafted to your specifications, numbered, and serialized on-chain, all sales are final once production has started. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, or buyer's remorse after this point.
This does not affect your statutory rights where they apply (see Section 5).
3. Defects & warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, contact hello@bandor.xyz within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the affected piece at no cost to you, including return shipping. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not damage from wear, accident, improper care, or unauthorized repair.
4. Sizing & adjustments
For rings and other size-specific pieces, we offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of delivery, limited to within two sizes up or down of your original size and where the design allows. Adjustments beyond this range may not be possible or may incur a remake fee, quoted in advance. This is a service, not a refund. Contact us to arrange it.
5. Statutory rights (EU / UK customers)
Under EU and UK consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, which includes all Bandor pieces. Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected and are honored as described in Section 3.
6. Refund method
- Card / fiat payments: refunded to the original payment method.
- Crypto (APE) payments: refunded in APE, to the originating wallet, in an amount of APE equal to the fiat value paid at the time of your order. We refund on the same payment rail you used — crypto in, crypto out. We do not convert crypto payments into fiat refunds.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Network and processing fees are non-refundable.
